Soft Toy Emergency is made up of 5 electro kids from Liverpool; think day-glo Ting Tings complete with all the Casio you could dream of. Their debut single I Know U Want It was lauded by NME in February as part of their ‘Tracks you have to hear this week’. After a hectic schedule of gigs all over the UK this year, Soft Toy Emergency will be gracing the Summer Ball with their unique style of electro bleeps fused with crowd friendly, sing along choruses. A summer of festival appearances, including Glastonbury, suggests that these guys are set for big things over the next couple of years (which means you’ll be able to say knowingly that you saw them before they were famous).
