Summer Ball 2010 - Friday 11th June 2010

Welcome to the official website of the Cardiff Students’ Union Summer Ball 2010.

Tickets are on sale today, buy online from www.cardiffboxoffice.com or head to the Students’ Union Box Office. There’s also temporary box offices around campus.

The Summer Ball is a student institution and the biggest event of the year. Held annually in Cooper’s Field on the last day of term in June, it’s the ultimate way to say goodbye to the last twelve months in Cardiff and hello to the summer break.

Last year’s event was one of the biggest in the history of the Summer Ball. Over 5,000 students flocked to the site which spanned 20,000 square meters, featured three massive marquees, a great line up of live acts, dodgems, funfair rides, photographers and two bars over 160ft long. Given the likelihood that this may be the last Ball in the castle grounds for several years and due to the huge demand for tickets, we’re increasing the site to accomodate 7,500 people this year. You don’t want to miss your chance to be one of them!

Due to circumstances outside of our control, Tinchy Stryder has cancelled and won’t be playing at the Ball.
